The Healing Power of Light & Heat

Relax, beautify and heal

Red and near-infrared light wavelengths
(600-900nm) stimulate ATP production, DNA repair and RNA activity, causing healthy cells to repair adjacent damaged cells.

Adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP), an energy source produced with the help of light (sunlight), is a part of the DNA and RNA structure related to cell energy, life, function, communication, and death.
It is made from adenosine diphosphate/monophosphate (ADP/AMP), to which it converts in a repeat cycle during the metabolic process.

Light/heat therapy
can be done with something as simple as bright sunlight, halogen light, infrared heat lamps, low laser light, green/blue/yellow LED light, and red and near infrared light.

Far infrared ray (FIR) lamps and saunas
improve circulation, metabolism, provide pain relief, detoxify, strengthen immunity, and stimulate cell regeneration, oxygenation, relaxation, cleansing, and rejuvenation.

Halogen light
is somewhat comparable to sunlight and may stimulate natural healing processes.

LED light therapy
can alleviate burns, wounds, scars, ulcers, tumors, cancer, fibromyalgia, pain, inflammation, infection, bunions, migraines;
macular degeneration, nerve damage, osteoarthritis, sports injuries/aches, periodontitis, tendonitis and many other connective tissue problems;
wrinkles, acne, dark spots, uneven tone, and other skin-related conditions and diseases.

Short treatments lasting between 1-20 minutes repeated 1-2 times daily or weekly, depending on ailment, appear to be most effective.

The process of healing with light energy is due to the release of oxygen, antioxidant production, and a rebalancing of ph levels, among other benefits.

In addition to light therapy, you can keep your energy up with fresh foods, exercise, outdoor activities, resveratrol, ribose, A, D, B complex (especially niacin), magnesium, calcium, zinc, NADH, l-tyrosine, l-glutamine, glutathione, and sardines.
