One Page Guide to Being Lean Forever

Food & Supplements

Fresh, 50-80% raw, organic/natural whenever possible. Replace sauces and dressings with extra virgin olive oil and organic/natural spices.

Experiment. Create your favorites.

Use lean meat, poultry, fish and seafood and sauté it in a pan, grill or bake/broil in the oven. Once again, no sauces, use extra virgin olive/coconut oil and organic/natural spices.

Eat 4-6 servings of protein daily. More protein spread out throughout the day means more fat burn and more lean muscle.

Daily plain yogurt flavored with choice of whey protein powder. No other dairy products.

Daily salads and fruits.

Weekly serving of fish.

Eliminate grains and conventional sugar.

Discover raw foods, snacks and sweets.

Avoid starchy foods (beans, bananas, corn, rice).

Eat rice rarely and only wild (black, brown, red).

Save money by buying storable foods in bulk at online raw food stores and local health food stores.

You will also save money and calories because conventional grocery prices have spiked in recent years, and organic, fresh foods hold up to 20 times the amount of nutrients which causes satiety after a comparatively lesser amount of food is consumed.

Filter your drinking, cooking, and bathing water.

Dump the soft drinks, sodas, juices, ‘energy’ and coffee drinks.

Multi-vitamin w/o iron, magnesium, calcium, B complex, liquid L-carnitine, fish oil, kelp, chorella or spirulina, acetyl-L-carnitine/alpha lipoid acid, chromium picolinate, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), hyaluronic acid, MSM (methylsulfonymethane), ginseng (supplement or tea), maca (supplement or spice), selenium, zinc.

Relaxation & Cleansing

Exercise is energizing and relaxing, find your favorite type and just do it. Strengthen and stretch, always warm up.

Dance, jump and shake your body (cleanses the lymphatic system).

It won’t get boring if you use this time to gather your thoughts, process the day’s events, make mental notes for tomorrow, or just plain enjoy the rebalancing that takes place within you.

Find a gym with a steam room and use it post workout.
Get some pre and post workout supplements/protein drinks, your body-mind will thank you.

Get an occasional massage, anything from chair to reflexology.

Take walks, go bike riding, rowing, or any type of outdoor exercise (away from traffic stench and noise), at least once a week.

Steer clear of medications (unless your life is truly depending on them), drugs, alcohol, and people who bring you down because they can’t handle other people’s happiness.

Deal with your issues, sort them out, empower yourself through personal education.

Masturbate regularly.

Pay close attention to your digestive elimination (regularity, ease, comfort).

If you have problems, do all of the above, look into Enzymedica products (they specialize in supplemental enzymes), try raw organic chocolate (you can make your own in 20 minutes), take extra magnesium (capsule, powder or crush it, let it sit in the mouth before swallowing).

Analyze your attitude. Wellbeing is 90% mental.

Suppression, self-denial, self-restriction, etc. can turn us into constipated stiffs.

Reserve time to dream.

Discover personal care products that are free of toxic chemicals.

Wash your clothes with eco-friendly detergents. Nature friendly also means health friendly.

Clean with water, steam and elbow grease.

Good Health!
