How about pushing for authenticity by restricting the term milk to raw milk, thereby making it necessary for all the sellers of processed milk to call the resulting product something else or making it so that they have to add a standard term like “This Is A Processed Food Product” to processed milk and all other processed food items.
The argument could be made that such a policy/federal law would save the government money by educating people who are advised to avoid processed foods by their doctors.
