If the US doesn’t start building solar plants en masse now, 10 years from now oil is replaced (globally) with alternative energy sources (not coal, not natural gas, not ‘nucular‘) and the dollar plummets for good, which is why corrupt politicians and big business are so desperately holding on to oil and other outdated energy sources.
The US has to manufacture, build and produce solar/wind right here, not in China, Sahara, offshore, etc., rebuild the economy that way, put people to work, clean up the air, water, food, and people’s immune systems, thereby solving many of the current most pressing national issues.
